It was an early start this morning for Sanon Students. Instead of sleeping in on their one day off, they spent most of the day helping others.

Two villages outside Nyaungu have run out of precious water so everyone (staff and students) chipped in money to fund the delivery of two tankers of water. After driving down dusty roads, the students also helped villagers take their filled containers to their houses.

We are so proud of how  socially responsible our young people are. A huge thank you to everyone involved - especially the Student Welfare Manager Khin Lay who coordinated all the logistics.

Sanon is closed every Sunday now until September.
